Nick engages in a general practice with a focus on bankruptcy, criminal defense and family law. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Nick grew up in Southern Indiana and is a 2002 graduate of New Albany High School. Prior to joining Smith, Carpenter, Thompson, Fondrisi, Cummins & Lewis, Nick obtained legal experience while clerking for the Honorable J. Terrence Cody in the Floyd County Circuit Court in 2008 and clerking for a New Albany law firm where he focused on criminal defense and family law issues in 2009 and 2010. While in law school, Nick was a three year member of the Honor Council and was named to the Dean’s List for three semesters. Nick was also a four year member of Transylvania University’s men’s varsity soccer team.
