Jenny White joined the firm as the newest associate attorney in May, 2011. Currently, Jenny is admitted to practice in Kentucky. She focuses her practice in the area of Family Law, engaging in dissolution proceedings, paternity, child custody disputes, and child support. Additionally, Jenny practices as a guardian ad litem, parenting time coordinator and mediator. Jenny gained experience in these areas of law by serving as an extern for the Children’s Law Center in Covington, Kentucky and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate throughout the state. In both roles, Jenny represents children who are victims of neglect and abuse by serving as a guardian ad litem and presenting their interests to the Court. Jenny has developed a strong desire to help families cope with whatever difficult situation they are facing in their life, whether it is by representing a spouse in a complicated divorce or representing the best interest of a child as a guardian ad litem in a custody dispute. Her empathy and compassion for others makes Jenny a great advocate during a time of such need.
Jenny also practices Estate Planning and Probate and is happy to assist individuals and families through all aspects of these areas. Whether it is drafting a will or power of attorney documents or guiding you through the often overwhelming probate process, Jenny is devoted to meeting each client’s needs and making them feel comfortable throughout the process.
